PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY. Lion King Ministry wants you to have a wonderful time during your stay. Please understand we are serving more than 8,000 people a year and unfortunately planning and coordinating is a large undertaking.

Policies and Procedures

Availability/ Reservations

  • For availability, please call 225-290-0633. All calls are returned within 24 hours.

  • An application is required to confirm your requested dates. Your date is considered tentative until the application is received and approved. (Applications can be found online or in the packet.)

  • Upon application approval, you will be sent an initial invoice outlining the total cost of your stay. 

  • Day guests will require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. 

  • Overnight guests will require a 20% deposit, this amount will go towards your final balance. 

  • Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

  • Deposit is required within 10 days of application approval and initial invoice.

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Group Size - Overnight

  • We will require a participant head count 15 DAYS PRIOR to your confirmed scheduled date(s) (Please remember we may have multiple groups on site and have to accommodate accordingly).

  • This number will be reflected in your FINAL invoice amount. 

Payments - Overnight

  • You are required to be PAID IN FULL 7 days prior to your confirmed scheduled date(s) based on the count you reflected in your Final Invoice amount- NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • This count will be the number of arm bands you will receive. 

  • If the actual participant count is less than the number reserved with your DEPOSIT invoice, you will be charged $10.00 per person for each cancelled guests.

  • You will be required to pay for any extra persons over the number confirmed with your FINAL invoice at the time of check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS!

*DAY GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A MINIMUM OF 75% OF RESERVED GUESTS AT CHECK IN.

Cancellations

  • Any CANCELLATION WITHIN 15 DAYS prior to arrival date will result in FORFEITURE of all monies due to Lion King Ministry. 

Liability/ Insurance

  • Every group must provide proof and a copy of general liability insurance and/ or separate camp insurance policy upon arrival.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 3pm

Check-out time: 12pm

Early Check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance in writing with fees applied accordingly.

** Applicable taxes will be added. Extra charges will be added for any cleaning required beyond normal maid routine.
